摘要
农业类高校在乡村振兴战略实施中担任着极其重要的角色和使命。以角色理论为分析框架,通过收集10所农业高校实践案例及多方相关主体的文本数据,借助NVivo软件进行质性编码分析,辅之以访谈和观察,分析了农业类高校面临的角色期待、自我角色认知和角色践行等情况。研究发现,农业类高校分别在人才培养、科技创新、农业服务、文化建设、乡村治理等五个角色方面较好地服务了乡村振兴,但在角色认知上各有偏颇,且存在角色认知与期待缺乏对应、角色践行与期待偏差较大、多重角色践行失衡等问题。其原因主要在于:服务评价与激励制度缺陷、多重角色的内在冲突、项目选择偏好、科技小院的实践局限等;为此,需从矫正角色定位、完善评价与激励机制,强化文化建设与乡村治理、平衡多重服务角色,健全“政校村”协调机制、改善服务供给,加强科技小院建设、提高服务效能等方面促进农业类高校服务乡村振兴的角色优化与改进。
Agricultural universities play a pivotal role in implementing the rural revitalization strategy.Emplo-ying role theory as an analytical framework,this study collected textual data from practical cases involving 10 agri-cultural universities and multiple stakeholders.Using NVivo software for qualitative coding analysis,supplemented by interviews and observations,it examined the role expectations,self-role perceptions,and role enactment of these institutions.The findings indicate that agricultural universities have effectively contributed to rural revitaliza-tion through five key roles:talent development,technological innovation,agricultural services,cultural advance-ment,and rural governance.However,biases in role perception,misalignment between perception and expecta-tions,discrepancies between enactment and expectations,and imbalances in multiple role enactment were identi-fied.These issues primarily stem from limitations in service evaluation and incentive mechanisms,inherent conflicts among multiple roles,project selection preferences,and practical constraints of the Science and Technology Back-yard program.To address these challenges,it is necessary to promote the optimization and improvement of the role of agricultural universities in serving rural revitalization by recalibrating role perceptions,refining evaluation and in-centive systems,enhancing cultural development and rural governance,balancing multiple service roles,optimizing the Science and Technology Backyard model,and improving government-university-rural coordination mecha-nisms.
