大学生社会责任型领导力差异性分析——以广东省高校为例

Analysis of Differences in Socially Responsible Leadership Among University Students——A Case Study of Universities in Guangdong Province

摘要 采用随机抽样方法开展调查研究,从自我认知、一致性、承诺、合作、共同目标、以礼相争、公民责任及改变这8个维度对435名广东省高校大学生进行调查发现,广东省高校大学生的社会责任型领导力在性别、年级、家庭结构、专业、是否加入学生组织及是否参与志愿者活动等方面存在显著差异。为优化大学生社会责任型领导力培育方案,提出完善课程体系、强化社会责任型领导力培养意识及鼓励其积极参与校内外实践服务三大核心路径。 Employing a random sampling method,this study investigates 435 university students in Guangdong Province across eight dimensions:self-perception,consistency,commitment,cooperation,common goals,competition with courtesy,civic responsibility,and change.The results reveal that the socially responsible leadership of university students in Guangdong Province is significantly different across gender,grade,family structure,major,student organization involvement,and volunteer participation.Three core paths are proposed,including improving curriculum system,strengthening the consciousness of socially responsible leadership cultivation,and promoting active participation in internal and external university practical service,thereby enhancing the development of socially responsible leadership among university students.
