单层索系柔性光伏支架抗风策略研究

摘要 普通单层索系柔性光伏支架仅有一层索系,抗风能力不高,制约了其应用范围。以15 m跨单层预应力柔性光伏支架为例,分析其抗风策略,通过数值仿真分析,计算其索内力和挠度。计算结果表明,单层索系柔性光伏支架通过跨中设置地锚结构能够显著提高抗风能力,风吸工况下拉索位移明显减小。相比单纯依靠增加拉索直径和提高拉索预张力的设计方案,单层索系和地锚结构的结合可以明显降低建设成本。 Ordinary single-layer cable based flexible photovoltaic brackets have low wind resistance due to only one layer of cable,which limits their application range.A 15-metre span single-layer prestressed flexible photovoltaic bracket is taken as an example to analyze its wind resistance strategy,and calculates its cable internal force and deflection through numerical simulation analysis.The settlement shows that the single-layer cable based flexible photovoltaic bracket can significantly improve its wind resistance by setting an anchor structure at the mid span,and the displacement of the cable under wind suction conditions is significantly reduced.Compared to the design scheme that solely relies on increasing the diameter of the cable and increasing the pretension of the cable,the combination of single-layer cable system and ground anchor structure can significantly reduce the construction cost.
