摘要
针对双层索系柔性支架结构的受力特性,采用有限元方法对柔性支架结构施工张拉及正常使用状态进行深入计算分析,结合现行设计规范,对施工、使用阶段的结构位移加以控制。结果表明,结构在永久荷载状态下姿态良好,设计荷载状态下位移、承载力满足要求;通过控制各施工顺序的结构位移和索力,保证了张拉施工安全,且张拉完成后的结构状态与使用阶段吻合良好。研究成果可以为柔性光伏支架结构设计及张拉施工控制提供参考。
In view of the load-carrying characteristics of the double-layer cable-supported flexible structure for photovoltaic modules,in-depth analysis of the tension construction and service states of the flexible support structure is conducted by using the finite element method.The structural displacement under construction and service can be kept under control by referring to the current design codes.The results show that the studied support structure exhibits a good shape under the permanent load case,and the displacement and the load-carrying capacity satisfy the corresponding requirements under the design load case.Once the structural displacement and the cable force under each construction sequence is properly prescribed,a safe tension construction can be achieved,and the force states of the support structure after the tension construction are in good agreement with the service stage.The research results can provide helpful references for the design and construction of flexible photovoltaic support structures.
