新型电力系统储能优化配置及支撑能力量化评估

摘要 风电、光伏出力的不确定性和波动性给新型电力系统的电力实时平衡带来极大挑战,配置合理规模的储能可以提高新能源消纳水平,有利于保障系统稳定运行。针对新型电力系统典型日的储能需求,建立以电力系统综合运行成本为目标的数学模型,分析不同储能配比、储能成本对电力系统总成本的影响程度。采用最大出力、持续时间、储能系统匹配度和煤电替代率4个参数对储能的支撑能力进行量化评估。算例研究结果表明,配置一定的储能可以降低系统的运行成本。 The uncertainty and volatility of the output of wind farms and photovoltaic power plants have brought great challenges to the real-time balance of electricity,and the allocation of energy storage of reasonable scale can not only ensure the economy,but also improve the level of new energy consumption.According to the energy storage demand on a typical day,a mathematical model with the comprehensive operating cost of the power system as the goal is established,and the impact of different energy storage ratios and energy storage costs on the total cost of the power system is analyzed.The maximum output,duration,matching degree of energy storage system and coal power substitution rate are used to evaluate the support degree of energy storage.The research result shows that the operation of a certain amount of energy storage can reduce the operating cost of the system to a certain extent.
