摘要 储能技术的快速充放特性是实施电力需求侧管理,控制负荷变动的一种有效手段。针对其经济效益评估,建立了考虑电池充放电深度及寿命的储能电站初始投资、运行维护成本计算模型;建立了包括发电侧、电网侧、用户侧以及政府补贴的储能电站收益计算模型,针对所建模型给出了计算流程。最后通过实际算例的经济性评估表明在一定条件下:储能电站将达到预期的经济效益。 Rapid charge and discharge characteristics of the energy storage technology are an effective means for the implementation of demand side management and load variations control. For economic evaluation, establish energy storage power station initial investment, operation and maintenance cost calculation models considering the battery charge and discharge depth and life are establisbed. Energy storage revenue calculation models including the generation side, grid side, user side, as well as government subsidies are also established, and then the calculation process is given. Finally, the economic assessments of the practical examples show that under certain conditions, the economic benefits of energy storage power station are expected to reach economic benefits.
