摘要
当前,各国食品安全标准对antibiotic残留的限量要求日趋严格,我国GB2763-2023及欧盟相关标准均明确了ng级别的限量指标,这对多成分同步检测的覆盖范围与灵敏度提出了极高要求。然而,传统检测方法面临诸多瓶颈:单一前处理技术难以适配不同理化特性的抗生素,仪器参数协同性不足导致信号响应微弱,食品基质中的脂肪、蛋白质等成分严重干扰痕量检测,基层快速检测技术灵敏度与标准化程度偏低。为此,本研究聚焦食品中抗生素残留多成分检测的核心痛点,系统分析灵敏度影响因素,从技术整合、参数优化、基质消除、快速检测升级等维度构建解决方案,旨在为食品安全监管提供精准、高效的技术支撑,助力食品行业高质量发展。
Currently,food safety standards worldwide are imposing increasingly stringent limits on antibiotic residues.Both China's GB2763-2023 and EU regulations have established nanogram-level detection thresholds,which demand exceptional coverage and sensitivity for multi-component simultaneous analysis.However,conventional detection methods face multiple challenges:single pretreatment techniques struggle to accommodate antibiotics with varying physicochemical properties,inadequate instrument parameter coordination results in weak signal responses,food matrices containing fats and proteins severely interfere with trace detection,and grassroots rapid testing technologies exhibit low sensitivity and standardization.To address these critical pain points in multi-component antibiotic residue detection,this study systematically analyzes sensitivity influencing factors and proposes comprehensive solutions through technical integration,parameter optimization,matrix elimination,and rapid detection upgrades.The aim is to provide precise and efficient technical support for food safety regulation,thereby facilitating high-quality development in the food industry.
