视频分析在涉火案件侦办中的应用研究进展

摘要 近年来,视频分析在涉火案件中的应用受到各级调查人员广泛关注。围绕视频分析在涉火案件侦办中应用研究现状,从实战经验总结和视频分析新技术探索两个维度,总结梳理视频分析在火灾性质判定,起火时间判断,起火部位、起火点、引火源、起火物认定,以及起火原因分析等调查内容中的应用要点。同时,从实战应用角度整理视频分析在实践中应用的技术难点,为办案人员更好地在同类案件中开展视频分析工作提供参考。 In recent years,the application of video analysis in fire-related cases has become a focus of considerable interest for investigators at all levels.This paper reviews the current research state quo on the use of video analysis in investigating such cases,and summarizes key insights from two aspects:practical application experience and the exploration of new video analysis technologies.Specifically,it addresses how video analysis contributes to determining the nature of a fire,estimating the time of ignition,identifying the fire’s origin,ignition source,and combustible materials,as well as analyzing the cause of the fire.Furthermore,from a practical application perspective,the paper outlines technical challenges encountered in the application of video analysis in real-world scenarios,aiming to provide reference for investigators to better utilize video analysis in similar cases.
