摘要
单纯性肥胖症给人体健康及我国社会和经济的发展造成了严峻的挑战,针灸作为一种传统的中医疗法,在治疗单纯性肥胖症方面具有独特优势,并在调节“脑-肠”轴改善肥胖方面具有显著的效果。笔者对近年基于“脑-肠”轴针灸治疗单纯性肥胖症机制的相关研究进行分析与总结,发现针灸可通过调节肠神经系统、自主神经系统和中枢神经系统等治疗单纯性肥胖症,未来研究应借助新技术探索针灸治疗肥胖的新靶点及“脑-肠”轴各物质的内在联系,深入研究针灸治疗单纯性肥胖症的机制。
Simple obesity poses a severe challenge to health and the development of our society and economy.Acupuncture and moxibustion,as a traditional Chinese medicine treatment method,has a unique advantage in the treatment of simple obesity,and has a significant efect in modulating the“brain-gut”axis to improve obesity.The author analyzed and summarized the relevant studies on the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating simple obesity based on the“brain-gut”axis in recent years,and found that acupuncture and moxibustion treated simple obesity by regulating the enteric nervous system,autonomic nervous system and central nervous system,etc.Future studies should explore new targets of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating obesity and the internal relationship of factors within the“brain-gut”axis axis with the help of new technologies and to further investigate the mechanism of acupuncture in treating simple obesity.
