摘要
构建人类命运共同体是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,其深层逻辑植根于唯物史观的科学内核。从历史逻辑看,共同体形态始终遵循“自然共同体—虚幻共同体—人类命运共同体”的辩证发展轨迹,是生产力与生产关系矛盾运动的世界性展开;从理论逻辑看,该理念是对马克思主义“世界历史”“自由人联合体”“人的解放”理论的创造性发展,推动了全球秩序从资本主导向人类共同利益导向的转换;从实践逻辑看,直面资本逻辑的全球统治、旧有国际秩序的深层矛盾与文明冲突的三重张力,提出以生产力革新构建包容性发展体系、以制度革新推进全球治理转型、以文明互鉴凝聚全人类共同价值的中国方案,共同回答了人类命运共同体何以必要、何以可能以及何以实现之问。
Building a community with a shared future is an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and its underlying logic is rooted in the scientific core of historical materialism.From a historical logic perspective,the form of community has always followed the dialectical development trajectory of"natural community-illusory community-community with a shared future",which represents the worldwide manifestation of the contradictory movement between productive forces and production relations;From a theoretical logic perspective,this concept is a creative development of Marxist theories on"world history","association of free individuals",and"emancipation of humanity",promoting the transformation of global order from capitalism to one based on the common interests of humanity;From the perspective of practical logic,facing the the triple tension of global dominance of capital logic,the deep contradictions of the old international order,and civilizational conflicts,China has proposed a Chinese solution of constructing an inclusive development system through productivity reform,promoting global governance transformation through institutional reform,and consolidating the common values of all mankind through mutual learning of civilizations,jointly answers the questions of why a community with a shared future is necessary,possible,and achievable.
