摘要
目的评估同伴支持服务对同伴工作者和同伴效果产生的差异及影响因素。方法采用横断面研究,在15个省(自治区、直辖市)的64个社区招募同伴工作者和同伴,通过自制问卷评估参加同伴支持小组活动后的变化程度。结果共收回94名同伴工作者和407名同伴的有效问卷,两组年龄、教育程度差异显著(p<0.05),小组活动对同伴工作者在了解精神疾病知识、稳定病情、提高自信、关心他人方面的改变程度显著高于同伴(p<0.05)。年龄、性别、教育程度对各方面的改善程度均无影响,婚姻状态对同伴工作者的稳定病情有显著影响,照料者情况对同伴各方面改善程度均有显著影响(p<0.05)。结论同伴小组活动有助于改善社区精神分裂症患者社会功能,无照料者的同伴改善更明显。
Objective To assess the differences in outcomes and influencing factors of peer support services for peer workers and participants.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted,recruiting peer workers and participants from 64 communities across 15 provinces(autonomous regions,and municipalities directly under the central government).A self-designed questionnaire was used to evaluate the changes after participating in peer support group activities.Results A total of 94 valid questionnaires from peer workers and 407 from participants were collected.Significant differences were observed between the two groups in terms of age and education level(p<0.05).The extent of change in peer workers'knowledge of mental illness,disease stability,self-confidence,and care for others was significantly higher than that of participants(p<0.05).Age,gender,and education level had no significant impact on improvement in all aspects.Marital status significantly affected the disease stability of peer workers,while caregiver status significantly affected improvement in all aspects for participants(p<0.05).Conclusion Peer group activities contribute to the improvement of social functioning in community-dwelling patients with schizophrenia,with participants without caregivers showing more pronounced improvement.
