摘要
目的观察同伴教育对精神分裂症患者治疗护理依从性的影响。方法将84例住院精神分裂症患者按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组42例。对照组给予精神科常规治疗护理,研究组在常规治疗护理的基础上进行为期8周的同伴教育。采用治疗护理依从性问卷、自知力与治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)评价2组患者的依从性,并进行比较。结果研究组治疗护理依从性明显优于对照组(P<0.01),ITAQ评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论同伴教育可改善精神分裂症患者治疗护理依从性和自知力,是一种有效的健康教育方式。
Objective To observe the influence of peer education on therapeutic and nursing compliance of schizophrenic patients.MethodsA total of 84 hospitalized schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 patients in each group.The control group was given routine psychiatric therapy and nursing.The test group was given 8-week peer education on the basis of conventional therapy and nursing.The compliance was assessed and compared between the two groups by using the therapeutic and nursing compliance questionnaire and the Insight And Treatment Attitude Questionnaire(ITAQ).ResultsCompared with control group,the therapeutic and nursing compliance was obviously improved and ITAQ scores were significantly increased in test group(P0.01).ConclusionPeer education is an effective health education mode and can improve the therapeutic and nursing compliance and the insight of schizophrenic patients.
