摘要
储量类科技成果是油田企业科技成果体系中的关键组成部分,其应用效果直接影响油田企业的高质量与可持续发展,对油田持续稳产具有重要意义。建立全方位、多角度的储量类科技成果应用效果评价体系,使不同指标具有可比性,实现应用效果的量化评分和综合对比,有助于油田企业储量类科研项目的效果鉴定、效益评估等工作开展,并为后续项目决策提供数据基础。
Scientific and technological achievements related to hydrocarbon reserves are critical for the achievement system of oilfield enterprises.The application effectiveness directly impacts the high-quality and sustainable development of oilfield enterprises and is of paramount significance for sustained and stable production.This paper aims to establish a comprehensive and multidimensional evaluation system for assessing the effectiveness of reserve-related scientific and technological achievements,ensure the comparability of different indicators,and realize the quantitative scoring and comparison of application effectiveness.It is intended to facilitate the appraisal of effectiveness and benefit evaluation for reserve-related scientific research projects in oilfield enterprises,and to provide a data-driven foundation for subsequent decision-making.
