摘要
随着国家教育数字化战略的加速推进和人工智能技术对职业教育的深度重塑,数字教学能力已成为中职教师的必备素养。本研究采用随机抽样法,对江苏省457名中职教师开展问卷调查。研究发现:中职教师数字教学能力整体处于中等水平,且存在结构性失衡;不同年龄、专业、职称的教师数字教学能力差异显著,其中高职称教师的数字教学适应性呈现明显反差;教师普遍期待时间灵活、实践驱动及校企协同的数字化培训。为促进中职教师数字教学能力提升,提出如下对策:激发教师数字教学主体意识,实施进阶式动态化培训;重新定位高职称教师数字角色,构建跨龄协同激励机制;加强教师数字教学顶层设计,完善外部环境支持体系。
As the national strategy for educational digitalization accelerates and artificial intelligence profoundly reshapes vocational education,digital teaching competence has become an essential attribute for secondary vocational teachers.This study employed a random sampling method to conduct a questionnaire survey among 457 secondary vocational teachers in Jiangsu Province.The study found that secondary vocational teachers'digital teaching competence is generally at an intermediate level,exhibiting a structural imbalance.Significant differences exist among teachers of different ages,specializations,and professional titles,with a notable contrast in the digital teaching adaptability of highly titled teachers.Furthermore,teachers generally prefer digital training that is time-flexible,practice-driven,and involves school-enterprise collaboration.To enhance the digital teaching competence of secondary vocational teachers,the following strategies are proposed:to stimulate teachers'agentive awareness in digital teaching and implement progressive and dynamic training programs;to reposition the digital role of highly titled teachers and establish a cross-generational collaborative incentive mechanism;to strengthen the top-level design of digital teaching for teachers and improve the supportive external environment system.
