煤基石脑油半再生重整制芳烃技术实验总结

Experimental summary of semi regenerative reforming technology for producing aromatic hydrocarbons from coal-based naphtha

摘要 以煤基石脑油为原料,采用半再生重整催化剂,分析了重整生成油的芳烃含量和芳烃组成,比较了不同石脑油的反应性能。结果表明:在压力为1.2 MPa,温度为500℃,体积空速为1.5 h^(-1),氢油体积比为600∶1的条件下,环烷烃的转化率高达98.95%,重整生成油主要由芳烃、异构烷烃和正构烷烃组成,其中芳烃质量分数较高,为84.87%;对于芳烃潜含量高的煤基原料,重整反应的芳烃产率较高(>70%),芳烃转化率较低;对于芳烃潜含量低的煤基原料,重整反应的芳烃产率较低(<50%),芳烃转化率较高。煤焦油加氢石脑油是生产芳烃的优质原料。 Using coal-based naphtha as feedstock and semi-regenerated reforming catalyst,the reformed oil is obtained under optimized conditions.Analyzed the aromatic hydrocarbon content and composition of the reformed oil,and compared the reaction performance of different naphthas.The results show that under optimized conditions,the conversion rate of cycloalkanes is as high as 98.95%,and the reformed oil is mainly composed of aromatic hydrocarbons,isoparaffins,and n-alkanes,with aromatic hydrocarbons accounting for a relatively high proportion of 84.87%.Coal based feedstocks with high potential aromatic hydrocarbon content have higher aromatic hydrocarbon yields(>70%)and lower aromatic hydrocarbon conversion rates obtained from reforming reactions.Coal based feedstocks with low aromatic potential content have lower aromatic hydrocarbon yields(<50%)and higher aromatic hydrocarbon conversion rates obtained from reforming reactions.Coal tar hydrogenated naphtha is a high-quality feedstock for producing aromatic hydrocarbons.
