半再生硫化还原态SR-1000重整催化剂在永坪炼油厂的应用

摘要 硫化还原态SR-1000重整催化剂自2024年9月在永坪炼油厂15×10^(4) t/a半再生固定床催化重整装置应用以来,该催化剂在开工方面更加简单灵活、安全环保。经过近200天的平稳运行,该催化剂在较低反应温度条件下表现出了较好的催化活性和芳烃转化率,装置辛烷值和重整汽油收率均得到提升,提升了企业经济效益。 Since the application of the Sulfurized and Reduced State SR-1000 reforming catalyst in the 15×10^(4) t/a semi-regenerative fixed-bed catalytic reforming unit at Yongping Refinery in September 2024,the catalyst has demonstrated greater simplicity,flexibility,safety,and environmental friendliness in startup operations.After nearly 200 days of stable operation,the catalyst has exhibited good catalytic activity and aromatic conversion rate under relatively low reaction temperature conditions.Both the octane number of the unit and the yield of reformed gasoline have been increased,thereby enhancing the economic benefits of the enterprise.
