炼化一体化企业碳四烯烃资源优化利用与效益评估

Optimization and economic evaluation of C_(4) olefin resources utilization in integrated refining and chemical enterprise

摘要 以某企业气体分离碳四、抽余碳四原料为基础,利用流程模拟软件Petro-Sim建立碳四烯烃深加工装置模型,并采用2024年市场价格体系,对5种加工方案进行了碳四烯烃资源利用效益评估。结果表明:以烷基化装置为例,与实际值相比,模拟时主要产品烷基化油、正丁烷的流量相对偏差小于1%,烷基化油关键组分质量分数相对偏差均小于5%,模型可靠;1^(#)气体分离碳四通过烷基化装置的加工方案效益最佳;企业外购5677 t碳四烯烃,可增效1745.2万元。 Based on the gas separation C_(4) and raffinate C_(4) raw materials of an enterprise,the C_(4) olefin deep processing unit model was established by using the process simulation software Petro-Sim,the resource-utilization benefits of five processing schemes were evaluated by using the 2024 market-price system.The results showed that taking the alkylation unit as an example,compared with the actual value,the relative deviation of the flow rate of the main products of alkylation oil and n-butane was less than 1%,and the relative deviation of the mass fraction of the key components of alkylation oil was all less than 5%,confirming the reliability of the model.The scheme in which the 1^(#)gas-separation C_(4) was processed in the alkylation unit yielded the highest profit.By purchasing 5677 t of C_(4) olefins from outside,the enterprise could increase its profit by 17.452 million yuan.
