摘要
以多条铁路弃渣场变更为例,从变更原因、变更核对和数据统计、弃渣减量化和资源化、监督检查意见、选址、措施设计6个方面对变更弃渣场方案编制的重难点进行分析。建设单位、设计单位、施工单位应高度重视,严格控制弃渣场变更、严禁随意弃渣,加强骨料自身利用和地方的综合利用,确需变更的应在弃渣前及时履行变更水土保持方案手续。
Taking the change of multiple railway waste disposal sites as an example,this article analyzes the key and difficult points in the preparation of the change waste disposal site plan from six aspects:reasons for the change,change verification and data statistics,waste reduction and resource utilization,supervision and inspection opinions,site selection,and measure design.The construction unit,design unit,and construction unit should attach great importance to it,strictly control the change of the waste disposal site,prohibit arbitrary waste disposal,strengthen the self-utilization of aggregates and the comprehensive utilization of the local area.If it is necessary to make changes,the procedures for changing the water and soil conservation plan should be carried out in a timely manner before the waste disposal.
