摘要
该文以中医药人才培养为目标导向,着力瞄准“如何培养人”这一重要问题,通过逐级拆解,将解决问题的重心回归课程和课堂,基于OBE理念的“反向设计、正向施工”策略,依托“知识传授、能力培养、价值塑造”三维度目标体系,通过一个砖头、一面墙壁、一栋建筑来逐步构建中药专业人才培养新模式;并构建具有针对性的多元评价机制,将定性和定量考核、静态和动态考核、过程性和精准性考核相结合;再根据评价结果持续优化课程体系,继而优化培养方案,通过周而复始的动态调整,有针对性地实现OBE教育理念指导下中药专业人才培养体系的构建和评价,为中药学一流专业建设赋能,为高质量中药学专业人才培养模式提供新范式。
This study aims to address the critical issue of"how to cultivate professionals"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)talent development.By systematically deconstructing the problem and refocusing on curriculum and classroom practices,we propose a novel cultivation model guided by the"backward design and forward implementation"strategy of the Outcome-Based Education(OBE)philosophy.Leveraging a tri-dimensional goal system encompassing knowledge transfer,capability cultivation,and value shaping,we establish a progressive framework analogous to"brick-by-brick construction"for TCM talent cultivation.A multi-dimensional evaluation mechanism integrating qualitative/quantitative assessments,static/dynamic monitoring,and process/precision evaluation was developed to optimize curriculum systems and cultivation schemes through iterative feedback.This dynamic adjustment process effectively operationalizes OBE principles in TCM education,providing innovative paradigms for building first-class TCM disciplines and cultivating high-quality professionals.
