摘要
《灵枢》谓“厥阴为阖”,肝血心脉调和,方能相火内守。厥阴“主阖”以封藏相火,阖机不利则相火上炎。曲泉为足厥阴肝经合穴,疏肝泻火;曲泽属手厥阴心包经合穴,清心潜阳。针刺二穴疏厥阴经气、复阖机之能,使相火下归元宅,契合《景岳全书》“引火归元”之论。经穴机制上,二穴同属厥阴合穴,五行属水,以水制火、敛降逆气。针刺激发经气,调气血、纠疏泄,平相火妄动,促阴阳和合而血压自平。本文溯源中医经典,以厥阴枢阖与相火理论为纲,揭示针刺降压的中医理论内核,不仅为高血压的经穴干预提供坚实的经典理论支撑,而且凸显中医“以经调脏”的辨证论治特色。
Ling Shu states that“jueyin as a closure”,harmony of liver,blood,heart vessels,ministerial fire be kept internally.Jueyin’s function of“governing closure”serves to store ministerial fire,if closure mechanism malfunctions,ministerial fire will flare upward.Qūquán is he-sea point of foot jueyin liver channel,soothes liver and purges fire;qūzéis he-sea point of hand jueyin pericardium channel,clears heart and calms yang.Acupuncture at these two points regulates jueyin channel qi,restores function of closure mechanism,and guides ministerial fire back to its origin,aligns with the theory of“conducting fire back to its origin”in Jingyue Quanshu.In terms of acupoint mechanism,the two points belong to he-sea points of jueyin channel and correspond to water element in the five elements theory,thereby restraining fire with water,and descending rebellious qi.Acupuncture stimulates channel qi,regulates qi and blood,corrects abnormal dispersion and discharge,calms reckless movement of ministerial fire,promotes harmony of yin and yang,thus naturally normalizing blood pressure.This article traces back to traditional Chinese medicine classics,taking the theory of Jueyin’s pivot-closure function and ministerial fire as guiding principle,reveals the core traditional Chinese medicine theory of acupuncture in pressure release,not only provides a solid classical theoretical support for acupoint intervention in hypertension but also highlights characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine’s syndrome differentiation and treatment based on“regulating zang fu viscera through channel”.
