摘要
以国家电网有限公司《关于进一步加强生产现场作业风险管控工作的通知》为依据,系统梳理站房内变压器、开关柜、户外环网箱、电缆线路等核心设备检修的关键工序风险,构建“风险定级-措施匹配-监督落地”的管控体系。通过分析当前电力生产现场作业风险特征,结合“五级五控”管理要求,从风险识别、分级标准、防控措施、监督考核等维度提出优化策略,为电力企业提升现场作业安全管理水平提供理论支撑与实践路径。
Based on the"Notice on Further Strengthening Risk Control in field operations at Production Sites"issued by the State Grid Corporation of China,the key process risks in the maintenance of core equipment such as station transformers,switchgear cabinets,outdoor ring main units,and cable lines are systematically identified,and a management framework integrating"risk classification,targeted measures,and closed-loop supervision"is established.By analyzing current risk characteristics in field operations at power production sites and aligning with the"Five Levels and Five Controls"management requirements,several optimized strategies considering risk identification,classification standards,preventive measures and supervision assessments are put forward,which offers a theoretical support and practical pathways for power enterprises to enhance their field operation safety management levels.
