摘要
目的探究医疗“组团式”紧密型帮扶评价工作的实践效果和存在问题,为完善评价体系提供参考。方法以珠海市人民医院帮扶翁源县人民医院为例,依据广东省医疗帮扶评价方案开展成效评价,并采用SWOT分析法剖析评价工作的优劣势、机遇与挑战。结果评价结果显示,珠海市人民医院帮扶翁源县人民医院取得较显著成效,但仍存在评价指标维度不全、评价时间维度局限、评价主体单一等问题。结论可通过丰富指标维度、优化评价周期、构建多元评价模型、创新评价方法、开发可视化平台、建立三级督查机制等方式完善评价体系,以提升医疗“组团式”帮扶工作质量。
Objective To explore the practical effects and existing issues of the evaluation work for the"group-based"close-knit medical assistance program,providing references for improving the evaluation system.Methods Taking the medical assistance provided by Zhuhai People's Hospital to Wengyuan County People's Hospital as an example,the effectiveness evaluation was conducted in accordance with the Guangdong Province medical assistance evaluation plan,and a SWOT analysis was employed to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats of the evaluation work.Results The evaluation results indicated that Zhuhai People's Hospital achieved significant assistance outcomes in aiding Wengyuan County People's Hospital.However,issues such as incomplete evaluation indicator dimensions,limited evaluation time dimensions,and a singular evaluation subject remained.Conclusion The evaluation system can be improved by enriching indicator dimensions,optimizing the evaluation cycle,constructing a multivariate evaluation model,innovating evaluation methods,developing a visual platform,and establishing a three-tier supervision mechanism,thereby enhancing the quality of the"group-based"medical assistance program.
