摘要
深化专业课程思政建设是落实立德树人根本任务、服务“健康中国”战略的重要举措。贵州中医药大学护理学院《急危重症护理学》教学团队,直面课程教学中存在的“知识体系难构建、专业技能难掌握、职业素养难内化”三大核心痛点,创新性地构建了以学生全面发展为中心的“一核·三难·五径”课程思政协同育人体系。该体系通过目标具体化、内容故事化、方法立体化、资源数字化、评价多元化五条实施路径,将价值塑造、知识传授与能力培养三者有机统一,实现了思政教育与专业教育的深度融合。实践表明,该育人模式不仅有效激发了学生的学习内驱力与职业使命感,更显著提升了学生的临床思维能力、人文关怀素养与创新实践能力,培养的护理人才在国家级技能竞赛与创新创业大赛中表现卓越,课程建设成果先后荣获省级金课、校级课程思政示范课程与教学名师等多项荣誉,为护理学及相关专业课程实现全方位育人提供了具有推广价值的实践范式。
Deepening the integration of ideological and political education into professional courses is essential for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and supporting the Healthy China Strategy.The teaching team of Critical Care Nursing at the School of Nursing,Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,has directly addressed three core challenges in course instruction:difficulty in constructing knowledge systems,mastering professional skills,and internalizing professional qualities.The team has innovatively developed a student-centered collaborative education framework termed“One Core,Three Challenges,Five Pathways.”Through five implementation pathways—goal specification,content narrativization,method diversification,resource digitalization,and assessment pluralization—this system organically integrates value cultivation,knowledge transmission,and competency development,achieving deep integration of ideological and political education with professional instruction.Practice has demonstrated that this model not only effectively stimulates students'intrinsic learning motivation and professional mission,but also significantly enhances their clinical thinking abilities,humanistic care competencies,and innovative practical capabilities.Nursing students trained through this approach have demonstrated outstanding performance in national skills competitions and innovation-entrepreneurship contests.The course has been recognized with multiple honors,including provincial first-class course,university-level exemplary ideological and political course,and distinguished teaching faculty,providing a replicable practical paradigm for comprehensive education in nursing and related disciplines.
