摘要
结膜囊冲洗是最基本的眼科专科技术操作,广泛应用于眼科手术的术前术眼清洁消毒、眼部化学伤的急救、传染性眼病及异物入眼的清洁等。由于全国各省市地区在疾病护理和技术操作方面具有很大的差异性,且国内外医院对结膜囊冲洗技术实施过程中的诸多环节存在争论,尚未形成统一的标准,临床上也尚未建立结膜囊冲洗技术规范。为确保结膜囊冲洗过程的安全性和有效性,提升眼科专科护理人员的专业技能与专业素质,亟需通过循证护理等科学的方法和专家论证,构建针对不同应用场景下适合临床实际的结膜囊冲洗技术规范,以期为临床实施结膜囊冲洗提供指导依据及规范标准。广东省护理学会联合多家医院于2023年12月发布了《结膜囊冲洗技术规范》团体标准,旨在为不同医疗机构实施结膜囊冲洗提供相关指导要求,规范结膜囊冲洗操作技术的实施流程。本文结合制作该团体标准的研究证据与临床实践过程,从团体标准的起草背景及意义、主要内容等进行详细解读,并提出使用建议,旨在促进技术的同质化,规范临床护理行为,推动眼科护理专业化发展。
Conjunctival sac irrigation is a fundamental ophthalmic procedure that is extensively employed for preoperative eye cleaning and disinfection,emergency management of chemical eye injuries,cleaning in cases of infectious eye diseases,and removal of foreign objects from the eye,among other applications.Due to substantial disparities in disease care and technical operations across provinces,cities,and regions nationwide,along with ongoing debates with domestic and international hospitals regarding various aspects of the implementation of conjunctival sac irrigation technology,a unified standard has yet been established,Consequently,clinical norms for this technology are still lacking.To ensure the safety and efficacy of the conjunctival sac flushing process and enhance the professional skills and quality of ophthalmic nursing staff,there is an urgent to develop technical specifications for conjunctival sac flushing that are tailored to different application scenarios.This can be achieved through scientific methods such as evidence-based nursing and expert demonstrations,thereby providing guidance and standardized benchmarks for the clinical implementation of conjunctival sac flushing.In response to this need,the Guangdong Nursing Society,in collaboration with multiple hospitals,issued the group standard"Technical Specification for Conjunctival Sac Rinsing"in December 2023.This standard aims to offer relevant guidance and requirements for different medical institutions to carry out conjunctival sac rinsing and to standardize the implementation process of conjunctival sac rinsing operation technology.This article integrates the research evidence and clinical practice process involved in formulating the group standard.It provides a comprehensive interpretation of the drafting background,significance,and main content of the standard.Additionally,it offers suggestions for its application,with the goal of promoting technological homogenization,standardize clinical nursing practices,and fostering the professionalization of ophthalmic nursing.
