摘要
西北工业大学高分子材料与工程专业聚焦国防特色领域,针对传统教学中培养方案滞后、理论与国防实践脱节、创新训练不足等问题,以“协同育人、交叉创新、服务国防”为理念,通过深化培养方案改革、构建多元教学机制、整合教学资源,形成“基础夯实-实践深化-创新突破”三位一体的人才培养体系,显著提升学生创新能力,材料学科获评A+并通过工程教育认证,为国防特色高分子人才培养提供有效范式。
The Polymer Materials and Engineering major at Northwestern Polytechnical University focuses on the field of national defense characteristics.Addressing such issues in traditional teachingas outdated training programs,disconnection between theory and national defense applications,and insufficient innovative training,the program adheres to the philosophy of"collaborative education,interdisciplinary innovation,and serving national defense".Through deepening curriculum reform,establishing diversified teaching mechanisms,and integrating educational resources,a trinity talent cultivation system of"solidifying foundations-deepening practice-achieving innovative breakthroughs"has been formed.This system has significantly enhanced students'innovative capabilities.The materials discipline has been rated A+and passed the engineering education accreditation,and the study provides an effective paradigm for cultivating polymer materials talents with national defense characteristics.
