摘要 概述了肺的组织发生 ,综述了调控或影响胎肺发育的相关基因或因子 .肺的发育起始于从前肠内胚层发育而来的成对肺芽突起 ,肺芽以分支形态发生和肺特异性细胞分化的遗传预定模式侵入周围的中胚层间充质 .内胚层上皮及其周围间充质成分相互作用 ,保证了肺的正常形态发生 .肺的发育与相关基因或因子是否正常表达密切相关 ,发育基因的表达将顺次影响许多其它基因的表达 .同时 ,胎肺周围环境因素的改变可以影响相关基因的表达 。 The lung histogenesis,correlation genes and factors regulating or influencing development of fetal lung are summarized.The lung development begins with the outgrowth of paired lung buds from the foregut endoderm that invade the surrounding mesodermal mesenchyme in a genetically predetermined pattern of branching morphogenesis and lung specific cell differentiation. The endoblast epithelium interact with its around mesenchyme so that ensure lung normal morphogenesis.The lung development depends on whether the related genes or factors have been expressed normally.The expression of the development gene would affect that of downstream many other gene in order.At the same time,changing ambience factor of fetal lung may affect the expression of the mutuality genes so that it influences the development of fetal lung.
