摘要
当前我国城市轨道交通中广泛采用的50 kg/m钢轨9号单开道岔,其尖轨跟端主要为活接头结构,滑床板和护轨垫板为钢性扣压,该结构不仅难以适应城市上盖开发对振动与噪声控制的要求,还导致养护维修工作量显著增加。为此,亟需开展新型50 kg/m钢轨9号单开道岔的研发工作。文中围绕道岔平面线型及结构设计等方面进行研究,重点解决既有道岔中存在的钢轨接头错牙、异常磨耗及噪声控制等方面的突出问题,通过将转辙器与辙叉跟端改为接头夹板连接,并采用“弹片+销钉”式弹性扣压结构设计滑床板与护轨垫板,有效提升了道岔的整体服役性能与使用寿命。此外,尖轨设置双牵引点,电务转换系统采用联动内锁闭结构,转辙机通过托板安装,电务岔枕另一侧部加设挡砟板,进一步增强了系统的可靠性与稳定性。
The conventional 50 kg/m rail No.9 simple turnout used in urban rail transit systems in China generally features a jointed heel structure at the switch rail and rigid fastening in slide plates and guard rail plates.Such a configuration fails to meet the increasing demands for vibration and noise mitigation in urban over-track development projects,while also leading to considerable maintenance requirements.To address these issues,the development of a new type of 50 kg/m rail No.9 simple turnout is imperative.This paper focuses on the alignment design and structural optimization of the turnout,aiming to resolve typical problems such as joint misalignment,abnormal wear,and excessive noise.Both the switch heel and the frog heel are connected by joint bars to extend service life and reduce maintenance efforts.The sliding base plates and guard rail plates adopt an elastic fastening system incorporating spring clips and pins.The switch rail is equipped with two traction points,and the electric switching equipment is designed with an integrated internal locking mechanism.The switch machine is mounted on a base plate,with a ballast retaining plate installed on the opposite side of the sleeper to enhance operational stability.
