摘要
城市作为经济社会活动的枢纽,其治理现代化在进一步全面深化改革,在推进中国式现代化这一最大政治战略部署中具有不可替代的独特地位。改革开放以来,中国式城市治理现代化历经起步、转向、推进和深化四个阶段,这一现代化进程集中体现出以城市治理理念现代化为先行牵引点、以城市治理战略现代化为根本支撑点、以城市治理体现现代化为首要着力点和以城市治理能力现代化为关键突破点的演进特性。面向未来,中国式城市治理现代化将进一步深化人民城市理念、强化多元主体协同治理、推进城乡深度融合和加速数字化治理,全面提升治理效能,切实满足人民群众对美好城市生活的向往。
As the hub of economic and social activities,the modernization of urban governance plays an irreplaceable role in further deepening the reform and promoting the Chinese path to modernization,the largest political strategic deployment.Since the reform and opening up,the modernization of China’s urban governance has undergone four stages:inception,transition,advancement,and deepening.This modernization process has been characterized by four key evolutionary traits:modernization of urban governance concepts as the pioneering driving force;modernization of urban governance strategies as the fundamental support point;modernization of urban governance implementation as the primary focus;modernization of urban governance capabilities as the critical breakthrough point.Looking towards the future,the modernization of China’s urban governance will further deepen the concept of people's cities,strengthen the coordinated governance of multiple subjects,promote deep integration of urban and rural areas,and accelerate digital governance.This will comprehensively enhance governance efficiency and effectively meet the people's aspirations for a better urban life.
