加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)理念作为现代外科学的重要革新,在我国已得到迅速普及和认可。随着微创外科的发展,腹腔镜技术因具有创伤小和恢复快的优势被广泛应用,使得ERAS成为了胃肠外科的核心指导原则。近年来,膜解剖理论悄然兴起,为腹腔镜胃癌根治手术带来了革命性的变化,也为精准实施胃癌外科治疗提供了一个崭新的思路。本文将深入探讨膜解剖理论指导下的腹腔镜胃癌根治术,如何通过其精准和高效的技术特点,在多维度上推动ERAS理念的实施,从而为胃癌患者带来更优的围手术期治疗结局。
The concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS),a pivotal innovation in modern surgery,has been rapidly disseminated and widely accepted in China.Concomitant with the advancement of minimally invasive surgery,laparoscopic techniques have been extensively applied due to their advantages of minimal invasiveness and rapid recovery,thereby establishing ERAS as the core guiding principle in gastrointestinal surgery.In recent years,the emerging theory of membrane anatomy has brought revolutionary changes to laparoscopic gastrectomy and provided a novel perspective for the surgical treatment of gastric cancer.This article will provide an in-depth discussion on how laparoscopic gastrectomy,guided by the theory of membrane anatomy,promotes the implementation of the ERAS,ultimately delivering superior perioperative outcomes for patients with gastric cancer.
