摘要
面对产业转型升级与数字经济的结构性变革,作为一种融合专业深度与跨界广度的高职复合型技术技能人才,其概念内涵与理论逻辑亟待系统阐释。本研究基于扎根理论研究方法,对涵盖政策文本、行业报告及院校实践案例在内的43份资料进行系统性编码与分析,构建了高职复合型技术技能人才模型,系统揭示高职复合型技术技能人才的内涵特征与理论逻辑。研究发现:该模型由经济环境变革、劳动力市场转型与个体生存策略构成外部驱动系统,推动形成以“专业纵深”为基、以“跨界融合”为脉、以“创新与数字素养”为翼的能力结构。其实践路径依托人才培养模式改革、产教融合协同机制与师资结构优化三者联动,最终在个体层面实现能力复利积累与就业竞争力提升,组织层面促进人力资本效能优化,社会层面推动产业升级与经济效益增长,为构建中国特色的高职教育人才培养体系提供一定的理论和实践参考。
In the face of industrial transformation and upgrading and structural changes in the digital economy,as a composite technical and skilled talent in higher vocational education that integrates professional depth and cross-border breadth,its conceptual connotation and theoretical logic urgently need to be systematically explained.This study is based on the grounded theory research method,systematically coding and analyzing 43 materials covering policy texts,industry reports,and college practice cases,and constructing a vocational compound technical skills talent model to systematically reveal the implicit characteristics and theoretical logic of vocational compound technical skills talents.Research has found that this model is driven by external factors such as economic environment changes,labor market transformation,and individual survival strategies,which promote the formation of a capability structure based on"professional depth","cross-border integration",and"innovation and digital literacy".The practical path relies on the linkage of talent training mode reform,industry education integration and coordination mechanism,and teacher structure optimization,ultimately achieving the accumulation of compound interest and the improvement of employment competitiveness at the individual level,promoting the optimization of human capital efficiency at the organizational level,and promoting industrial upgrading and economic growth at the social level,providing certain theoretical and practical references for constructing a talent training system with Chinese characteristics in higher vocational education.
