产教融合视域下社会体育专业学生实践能力培养与发展路径研究

摘要 本研究运用文献资料法、访谈法以及实地调查法等研究方式,研究显示,高职社会体育专业于实践基础、培养机制以及产教融合深度等方面依旧存在不足,有必要借助构建校企协同育人机制、优化以产教融合为导向的课程与实训体系、强化双师型教学团队并引入企业导师、完善实践能力评价与反馈机制以及深化校园体育文化与社会服务实践融合等途径,促使学生实践能力得到系统提升。 This study used methods such as literature review,interview,and field investigation to show that there are still shortcomings in the practical foundation,training mechanism,and depth of integration between industry and education in the social sports major of vocational colleges.It is necessary to build a school enterprise collaborative education system,optimize the curriculum and practical training system guided by industry education integration,strengthen the dual teacher teaching team and introduce enterprise mentors,improve the evaluation and feedback mechanism of practical ability,and deepen the integration of campus sports culture and social service practice to promote the systematic improvement of students'practical ability.
