摘要
陆上风电装配式基础结构具有质量可靠、高效建造、绿色环保、便于拆除和回收、重复利用等优势。提出了一种由多个相同预制构件环向拼装,在台柱和底板搭接区域采用U型筋和高强灌浆料后浇连接,并在台柱外侧设置环形后浇带的新型装配式梁板基础结构。给出了装配式梁板基础的详细构造和装配方案,建立了装配式梁板基础的精细化有限元模型,开展了拼缝面的抗剪承载力验算,详细分析了装配式梁板基础在极端荷载下的受力性能。结果表明:结合面的抗剪承载力主要由台柱拼缝承担,锚笼环和底法兰的应力远小于屈服强度。
Onshore prefabricated wind turbine foundation structure has advantages such as reliable quality,efficient construction,green environmental protection,easy dismantling and recycling,and reuse.A new type of prefabricated raft foundation structure that consists of multiple identical prefabricated components assembled in a circumferential direction,connected by U-shaped bars and high-strength grouting material in the overlapping area between the column and the slab,and equipped with a circular post pouring strip on the outer side of the column.The detailed construction and assembly plan of the prefabricated raft foundation were provided,a refined finite element model of the prefabricated raft foundation was established,and the shear bearing capacity of the joint surface was checked.The mechanical performance of the prefabricated raft foundation under extreme loads was analyzed in detail.The results show that the shear bearing capacity of the joint surface is mainly borne by the joint of the column,and the stress of the bolted cage and bottom flange is far less than the yield strength.
