摘要
传统压力型预应力抗浮锚杆注浆体硬化时间长,影响后续建筑物施工。针对此,文中在改进传统压力型预应力抗浮锚杆的基础上,提出了高强灌浆料下压力型预应力抗浮锚杆高效施工关键技术,并成功应用于工程实践中。实践结果表明:应用高强灌浆料时,压力型预应力抗浮锚杆的张拉硬化等候时间由15 d缩短至3 d,整个抗浮锚杆的工期比传统注浆体抗浮锚杆的工期减少1/3,而且锚固力大、防渗性能好。指出该关键技术成熟可靠,不仅有助于高强灌浆料的适用性,而且给岩土工程设计者提供了一种可靠的注浆体的选择,值得推广。
The traditional pre-stressed anchor against uplift of pressure type has a long hardening time of grouting material,which affects construction of subsequent buildings.On the basis of improving the traditional pre-stressed anchor against uplift of pressure type,key technologies for efficient construction of pre-stressed anchor against uplift of pressure type with high strength grouting material have been proposed and applied in the engineering successfully.The hardening time before tension is shortened from 15 days to 3 days by use of high strength grouting material,and the entire construction period is reduced by 1/3 compared to that of traditional grouting material.Moreover,the anchoring force is large and the anti-seepage performance is good.These key technologies are mature and reliable,which not only contribute to the applicability of high strength grouting material,but also provide geotechnical engineering designers with a reliable choice of grouting material,which is worth promoting.
