摘要
托压索轮组是保证客运索道平稳安全运行的关键部件,检查该部件是否运转正常是检验工作的重点之一。文中基于现有技术和客运索道检验经验,研究一种以无人机为载体、依托音视频技术的检查方法,通过对托压索轮组正常数据分段标定,并将无人机采集信息数据量化处理,进而比对分析托压索轮组运行状态,以确定轮组运行的安全性。
The support and pressure sheave assembly constitutes a critical component ensuring the stable and safe operation of passenger ropeways.Verification of its functional integrity represents a focal point of inspection protocols.Leveraging existing technologies and accumulated passenger ropeway inspection experience,an inspection method employing unmanned aerial vehicles integrated with audio-video acquisition is proposed.Normal operational data of the supporting cable sheave assembly are segmented,and data captured by unmanned aerial vehicles is then quantified to compare the operating state of the support and pressure sheave assembly,thereby safeguarding sheave assembly operational safety.
