摘要
脑影像学的发展为揭示经脉与脑的关系提供了技术支持,针刺腧穴在脑内的映像汇集成脑网络,经络腧穴网络与脑区功能连接网络密切相关。本文基于磁共振成像(包括结构磁共振成像、功能磁共振成像、扩散磁共振成像、磁共振灌注成像和磁共振波谱)、计算机断层成像、近红外脑功能成像、脑电图、脑磁图等影像学技术,探讨针刺治疗脑卒中的研究进展,为经脉入脑理论提供科学解释,同时为针灸临床提供参考。参考文献48篇。
The development of brain imaging technology has provided technical support for revealing the relationship between meridians and the brain.The images of acupuncture acupoints in the brain are pooled into a brain network,and there exists a close correlation between the meridian-acupoint network and the functional connectivity network of the brain regions.Based on imaging techniques such as magnetic resonance imaging(including structural magnetic resonance imaging,functional magnetic resonance imaging,diffusion magnetic resonance imaging,magnetic resonance perfusion imaging,and magnetic resonance spectroscopy),computed tomography,near-infrared brain functional imaging,electroencephalogram,and magnetoencephalogram,this article explores the research progress of acu⁃puncture treatment for stroke,providing a scientific explanation for the theory of meridians entering the brain,and also offering a reference for acupuncture clinical practice.There are 48 references.
