摘要
课程思政建设是高职院校落实立德树人根本任务的重要途径。聚焦智能焊接技术专业,亟待以“理想信念、职业素养、科学素养”为三条主线构建起专业化课程思政育人体系,围绕价值引领、能力培养与素质提升立体式开展系统设计。同时,从教学实施与实践育人两个维度入手,构建起“线上线下联动、课内课外贯通、校内校外协同”的多元协同路径,并建立“形成性+诊断性+终结性”的全过程评价机制。通过完善师资队伍、优化评价体系、建设数字资源库,提升课程思政的实效性与专业适配度,力求实现学生价值塑造、能力培养与知识传授的有机统一,为高职人才培养质量提升提供可复制的路径示范。
The construction of ideological and political education in courses is an important way for higher vocational colleges to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue and nurturing talent.Focusing on the intelligent welding technology major,it is urgent to build a professional ideological and political education system for courses with"ideals and beliefs,professional qualities,and scientific literacy"as the three main lines,and carry out systematic design in a three-dimensional way around value guidance,ability cultivation,and quality improvement.At the same time,starting from the two dimensions of teaching implementation and practical education,a multi-dimensional collaborative path of"online and offline interaction,in-class and out-of-class connection,and on-campus and off-campus coordination"has been constructed,and a full-process evaluation mechanism of"formative+diagnostic+summative"has been established.By improving the teaching staff,optimizing the evaluation system,and building a digital resource library,the effectiveness and professional adaptability of ideological and political education in courses can be enhanced.We strive to achieve an organic unity of student value shaping,ability cultivation,and knowledge imparting,providing a replicable path demonstration for the quality improvement of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.
