摘要
产教融合是学校、企业、行业等共同参与的一种更高层面的人才培养模式,是一种体系开放、渠道互通、选择多样、互利双赢的人才培养机制。为响应党和国家“深化产教融合,校企合作”的要求,结合应用型本科院校背景及学校的人才培养目标,本文在对滁州学院地理信息类专业实习实训现状分析的基础上,从地理信息类专业群实习实训教学体系构建、教学队伍组合、实习基地建设三个方面进行了改革研究,最后对产教融合的实习实训改革成效进行了评价分析。研究结果表明,基于产教融合的地理信息类专业群实习实训模式能够有效强化实践应用、提升教学效果、促进学科及学生成果产出,同时可以实时对接企业,增加企业认可度,促进综合应用型人才培养。
Industry-education integration is a higher talent training mode with the participation of schools,enterprises and industries.It is a talent training mechanism with open system,mutual channels,diverse choices and mutual benefit.The integration of production and teaching in practice and training is not only to respond to the requirements of"deepening the integration of industry and education"of the Party and the state,but also the demand of application-oriented undergraduate education.Based on the analysis of the current situation of practice and training of Geographic information specialty group of Chuzhou university,this paper puts forward reform methods from three aspects:the construction of teaching system,the combination of teaching team and the construction of practice base.The results show that the integration of industry and education can effectively strengthen the practical application,improve the teaching effect,and promote the output of disciplines and students.At the same time,the integration of industry and education can dock with enterprises in real time,avoid derailment with the industry effectively,and promote the cultivation of comprehensive application-oriented talents.
