PDCA循环在某院PIVAS降低化疗药配置差错率中的应用

摘要 目的探讨PDCA循环在降低某院PIVAS化疗药配置差错率中的运用成效及持续改进。方法选取2023年10月~2024年3月PIVAS配置的全部化疗药及相关资料为对照组,2024年4~9月和2024年10月~2025年3月PIVAS配置的全部化疗药及相关资料分别作为实施PDCA循环后的观察组和持续改进的观察组,工作人员均无变动。对比差错率情况、工作人员考核成绩及差错外流情况。结果经过持续改进,PIVAS化疗药配置总差错率由0.098%下降至0.016%,工作人员考核成绩显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),差错外流率由0.019%下降至0.003%。结论PDCA循环能显著降低PIVAS化疗药配置差错率,提高工作人员考核成绩,减少差错外流,提升患者用药安全性。 OBJECTIVE To explore the application effect and continuous improvement of the PDCA cycle in reducing the error rate of chemotherapy drug preparation in a hospital's PIVAS.METHODS All chemotherapy drugs prepared in PIVAS and related data from October 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the control group.Those from April to September 2024 and from October 2024 to March 2025 were taken as the observation group after PDCA cycle implementation and the observation group with continuous improvement,respectively.The staff remained unchanged.The error rate,staff assessment results,and the outflow of errors were compared.RESULTS After continuous improvement,the total error rate of chemotherapy drug preparation in PIVAS decreased from 0.098% to 0.016%,the staff assessment results improved significantly,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),and the outflow rate of errors decreased from 0.019% to 0.003%.CONCLUSION The PDCA cycle can significantly reduce the error rate of chemotherapy drug preparation in PIVAS,improve the staff's assessment scores,reduce the outflow of errors,and enhance the safety of patients'medication.
