摘要
慢性意识障碍是指持续时间1个月以上的创伤后意识状态,笔者未检索到文献报道有创新性的治疗方法。陈霄认为慢性意识障碍病因多为肝肾亏虚,精气生成减少,气血运行不畅,致痰瘀阻络,不能上行濡养脑髓而发病。治疗时应以补肾填精、充养脑髓,或养肝补血、濡养清窍,或化痰祛瘀、开窍醒神,促进机体脑髓的生成与恢复,同时根据辨证加补益气血、活血宁心安神等药物以减少血栓形成,降低血液浓度,保护血管,降低治疗过程中脑血管病的再发生率,达到标本兼治、正邪同治的目的。
Chronic disturbance of consciousness refers to a post-traumatic state of consciousness that lasts for more than one month,the author has not retrieved innovative treatment methods reported in literature.Chen Xiao believes that the etiology of chronic disturbance of consciousness is mostly deficiency of liver and kidney,reduced generation of essence and qi,poor circulation of qi and blood,resulting in phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals,the disease cannot be caused by ascending and nourishing brain marrow.Treatment should be based on tonifying kidney and replenishing essence,nourishing brain marrow,or nourishing liver and blood,nourishing clear orifices,or resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis,opening orifices and inducing resuscitation,promoting generation and recovery of the body’s brain marrow,at the same time,according to syndrome differentiation,add drugs such as tonifying qi and blood,promoting blood circulation,calming heart and calming mind to reduce thrombus formation,reducing blood concentration,protecting blood vessels,reducing recurrence rate of cerebrovascular disease during treatment,to achieve goal of treating both manifestation and root cause of disease,and treating both positive and the evil.
