摘要
瘢痕疙瘩是一种由局部真皮层结缔组织过度增生引起的良性肿瘤。现代医学治疗瘢痕疙瘩,常面临成本高、难以普及、效果不确切等问题。从中医角度来看,瘢痕疙瘩属阴邪居于阳位,“阳化气”不足为发病之本,“阴成形”太过则为发病之标。中医治法火针密刺法通过温通、补益和驱邪作用实现散结、化瘀及清热解毒的治疗效果,具有成本低廉、操作方便和易于普及等独特优势。本文从“阳化气,阴成形”理论出发,深入探讨火针密刺法治疗瘢痕疙瘩的作用机制,以期为临床治疗提供思路。
Keloid is a benign tumor resulting from excessive proliferation of connective tissue in local dermis.Modern medicine in the treatment of keloids often faces problems such as high cost,difficulty in popularization,and uncertain effectiveness.From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,keloids belong to yin evil and are located in yang position,insufficient“yang transforming qi”is root cause of the disease,excessive“yin shaping up body”is hallmark of the disease.Fire needle intensive puncture method of traditional Chinese medicine treatment method achieves therapeutic effects of dispersing nodules,removing blood stasis,clearing heat and removing toxicity through function of warming,tonifying,and expelling evil,has unique advantages such as low cost,easy operation,and easy popularization.Starting from the theory of“yang transforming qi,yin shaping up body”,this article explores in depth action mechanism of fire needle intensive puncture method in the treatment of keloid,in order to provide ideas for clinical treatment.
