摘要
系统梳理梁柱构件替换与加固的核心技术体系,并结合具体项目案例,验证所提技术方案在解决框架梁裂缝、柱混凝土碳化等实际问题中的有效性,明确施工关键参数与质量控制标准。研究表明,临时支撑搭设、原有构件拆除、新构件安装及新旧构件连接等是梁柱构件替换施工的关键技术;增大截面加固、粘贴钢板加固及外包钢加固等是梁柱构件加固施工的关键技术。研究成果可为既有住宅建筑梁柱改造提供参考。
This paper systematically sorts out the core technology system for beam-column component replacement and reinforcement.Combined with specific project cases,it verifies the effectiveness of the proposed technical scheme in solving practical problems such as cracks in frame beams and carbonization of column concrete,and clarifies key construction parameters and quality control standards.The research shows that temporary support erection,original component demolition,new component installation and new and old component connection are the key technologies for beam-column component replacement construction;section enlargement reinforcement,steel plate bonded reinforcement and steel-clad reinforcement are the key technologies for beam-column component reinforcement construction.The research results can provide reference for beam-column renovation in existing residential buildings.
