摘要
为了探索装配式建筑中预制叠合板施工技术的有效应用与质量控制,本文以白云机场三期扩建工程为例,深入介绍了项目概况及装配式设计特点,详细分析了预制叠合板施工的全过程,包括测量放线、临时支撑搭设、叠合楼板吊装等关键环节。通过系统研究,本文提出了优化施工流程、加强质量控制的具体措施。研究结果表明,该施工技术不仅提高了施工效率,确保了工程质量,还为类似大型装配式建筑项目提供了宝贵的实践经验与参考依据。
In order to explore the effective application and quality control of prefabricated composite panel construction technology in prefabricated buildings,this article takes the expansion project of Baiyun Airport Phase III as an example,deeply introduces the project overview and prefabricated design characteristics,and analyzes in detail the entire process of prefabricated composite panel construction,including key links such as measurement and laying out,temporary support erection,and composite floor lifting.Through systematic research,this article proposes specific measures to optimize the construction process and strengthen quality control.The research results indicate that this construction technology not only improves construction efficiency and ensures project quality,but also provides valuable practical experience and reference for similar large-scale prefabricated building projects.
