摘要 在低温强酸条件下制备了Ti掺杂的介孔材料Ti MCM 4 1.经SEM ,XRD ,IR表征 ,该材料具有规则的晶体结构 .同时研究了Ti MCM 4 1在液相中氧化苯胺的催化行为 ,讨论了催化剂及反应条件对反应的影响 .结果表明 ,在Ti MCM 4 1作为催化剂时 ,双氧水和叔丁基过氧化氢可将苯胺氧化成氧化偶氮苯和偶氮苯 . The Ti doped mesoporous silica MCM 41 materials in which the molar ratio of silicon to titanium(Si/Ti) was 30/1,50/1 or 80/1 were synthesized understrong acidic condition at 40?℃ and ambient pressure. The characteristics of Ti MCM 41 samples were investigated by using SEM,small angle XRD,IR.The results show that Ti MCM 41 samples have regular crystal structures.The catalytic behaviors of the Ti MCM 41 were investigated in the oxidation of aniline with either hydrogen peroxide or tert butyl hydroperoxide (TBHP) as oxidant in liquid phase.The experiments show that the aniline can be oxidized to azoxybenzene and azobenzene.Effects and selectivity of the conversion aniline oxidation were studied in the experiments.
