摘要
以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)、钛酸四丁酯及硝酸银为原料,十二胺(DDA)为模板剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了钛、银共改性六方介孔硅分子筛(Ti/Ag-HMS),利用XRD、XPS、UV-V is、ESEM、EDS、HRTEM、TG-DTA及N2吸附-脱附技术对材料进行了表征。结果表明,Ti/Ag-HMS材料具有"蠕虫状"孔道的六方介孔结构,平均孔径为3.46 nm;钛、银已进入材料的骨架并以Ti4+及Ag0价态存在,金属物种呈纳米级高分散状态;钛、银的引入使材料表现出优越的紫外光吸收性能,同时使材料脱模的热化学分解与氧化燃烧反应进程加快,材料的热稳定性能良好。
An titanium and silver-modified hexagonal mesoporous silica(Ti/Ag-HMS) was prepared by sol-gel method using tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS),tetrabutyl titanate,silver nitrate and template reagent of dodecyl amine(DDA) as raw materials.The structures and properties of Ti/Ag-HMS were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),ultraviolet-visible light diffuse reflection spectrum(UV-Vis),environmental scanning electron microscopy(ESEM),high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS),thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis(TG-DTA) and nitrogen adsorption-desorption testing technology.The results showed that the Ti/Ag-HMS had hexagonal mesoporous structure of wormlike,the average pore size of material was 3.46 nm,the ions of titanium and silver were embedded into the frameworks of HMS with the valence state of Ti4+ and Ag0,the nano-species of titanium and silver were evenly distributed.Furthermore,the material of Ti/Ag-HMS exhibited excellent absorptivity of ultraviolet ray and higher thermal stability,the demolding process of thermochemistry and oxidation combustion reaction was accelerated notably.
