摘要
以食用盐为原料,分别用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯/镀铝箔/聚乙烯(PET/镀铝箔/PE)、聚酰胺/聚乙烯(PA/PE)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯/铝箔/聚乙烯(PET/铝箔/PE)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯/流延聚丙烯(PET/CPP)和牛皮纸/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯/流延聚丙烯(牛皮纸/PET/CPP)材料包装袋分装,在温度为37~38℃、湿度为75%±5%的条件下存放90 d,比较不同材料包装对食用盐水分、流动性、碘含量等指标的影响,筛选合适的包装材料,为不同品种食用盐包装材料的选择提供参考。
The edible salts were packaged by polyethylene terephthalate/coated aluminum foil/polyethylene dulvbo(PET/coated aluminum foil/PE),polyamide/polyethylene(PA/PE),poly⁃ethylene terephthalate/aluminum foil/polyethylene(PET/aluminum foil/PE),polyethylene tere⁃phthalate/cast polypropylene(PET/CPP)and kraft paper/polyethylene terephthalate/cast polypro⁃pylene(kraft paper/PET/CPP)materials.The bags were stored for 90 days at a temperature of 37℃to 38℃and a humidity of 75%±5%.The effects of different material packaging on the mois⁃ture,flowability and iodine content indicators of edible salt water were compared,and select suit⁃able packaging materials to provide reference for the selection of packaging materials for different varieties of edible salt.
