摘要
盐穴储油具有规模大、成本低、损耗少、密封好、风险低等优点,是一种较理想的石油储存方式。而中国盐矿建库资源丰富,利用丰富的地下盐腔资源建设石油储库,对构建立体多元的石油储备体系、保障能源安全具有重要意义。通过对盐穴储油库的运行特点、运行方式的研究,对比国内外建设环境差异,以国内原油管道输送、油气田地面处理技术体系为技术基础,借鉴国外多座已投运盐穴储油库运行方式、处理工艺和运行参数,针对盐穴储油库地面注采处理工艺流程、注采运行方式、关键运行参数、主要设备选型、关键监测及控制参数等进行分析研究,提出了地面工艺的处理方案及关键运行参数。同时,探讨油气联运注采油工艺的可行性和优劣势,提出了盐穴储油库下一步的技术发展建议。该研究成果可为国内利用盐穴储油工程建设提供参考和借鉴。
Salt cavern oil storage boasts advantages like large scale,low cost,low loss,good sealing,and low risk,constituting a rather ideal method for oil storage.China is rich in resources for building salt cavern storage facilities.Therefore,exploiting the abundant underground salt cavern resources to construct oil storage facilities is of great significance for establishing a three-dimensional and diverse oil reserve system,and safeguarding energy security.Through studies on the operating characteristics and modes of salt cavern oil storage facilities,and by comparing the differences in construction environments between domestic and foreign projects,taking the domestic crude oil pipeline transportation and ground treatment technology system of oil and gas fields as the technical basis,drawing on the operating modes,treatment processes,and operating parameters of multiple operational salt cavern oil storage facilities abroad,analyses and research are conducted on the surface injection-production treatment process flow,injection-production operation mode,key operating parameters,main equipment selection,key monitoring and control parameters,etc.of salt cavern oil storage facilities.The treatment plans and key operating parameters for the surface process are proposed.The feasibility,advantages,and disadvantages of the oil-gas combined transportation and injection-production process are explored,and suggestions for the next technical development of salt cavern oil storage facilities are put forward.The research results can provide references and guidance for the construction of salt cavern oil storage projects in China.
