摘要
针对文96储气库节流元件冲蚀、注采井单井采气量受限等难题,深入分析采气工艺运行现状,对比分析井口现有工艺流程与标准化设计流程,基于文96储气库采气生产特点,开展采气地面工艺优化研究。研究发现,同时升级井口安全控制系统、改进限流气嘴、更换注采单井计量流量计,可有效释放产能,综合形成一套适合于文96地下储气库的采气地面工艺技术,为我国同类型天然气地下储气库建设与运行积累了实践经验。
To address challenges such as erosion of throttling components and restricted single-well gas production in the Wen 96 Gas Storage Facility,this study conducted an in-depth analysis of the current gas production process operation.By comparing existing wellhead process flows with standardized design procedures and leveraging the production characteristics of Wen 96,research was carried out to optimize surface gas production technology.The findings indicate that simultaneously upgrading the wellhead safety control system,improving restrictive chokes,and replacing flow meters for injection-production wells can effectively unlock production potential.This integrated approach forms a tailored surface gas production technology for the Wen 96 Underground Gas Storage Facility,providing practical experience for the construction and operation of similar natural gas underground storage facilities in China.
