摘要
从军事体育角度看,秦代的官造弓弩制作注重选料,成品有着严格的库计保管制度,目的在于保障军事体育器械的品质与物资安全。秦代政府回收散落在民间的官造弓弩,限制民众购买筋、角等制作弓弩的原料,压制民间自发的军事体育力量,以期稳定社会。秦军重视弓弩的杀伤力,弩的平均配置率应不低于三分之一,从秦简的实战案例中可以管窥军队日常军事体育训练成果。“春秋射”是秦代重要的军事体育项目,中央严令地方政府不得在农忙时节举办,体现了既重视武备又保护生产的协调思想。
From the perspective of military sports,the government-manufactured bows and crossbows in the Qin Dynasty emphasized material selection,and the finished products were subject to strict inventory and storage systems,aiming to ensure the quality and material safety of military sports equipment.The Qin government collected the government-made bows and crossbows scattered among the people,restricted the purchase of raw materials such as sinew and horn for making bows and crossbows by the public,and suppressed the spontaneous military sports forces in the folk to stabilize the society.The Qin army attached great importance to the killing power of bows and crossbows,and the average allocation rate of crossbows should not be less than one—third.From the practical cases recorded in Qin bamboo slips,the results of the army's daily military sports training can be glimpsed."Spring and Autumn Archery"was an important military sports event in the Qin Dynasty.The central government strictly ordered local governments not to hold it during the busy farming season,reflecting the coordinated idea of attaching importance to military preparedness while protecting production.
