摘要
2025年,面对日益复杂的国际与周边环境,中国边疆安全研究既注重传承中国传统治边智慧,又积极回应数字边疆、生态安全等新兴领域的挑战;既持续深耕传统安全研究,也将安全研究延展至政治、经济、社会、文化、生态、数字等多个维度。与此同时,本年度中国边疆安全研究还聚焦现实问题,强化理论研究与实践需求的双向对话,彰显了立足中国实践、回应时代需求的学术取向,并呈现出边疆安全与社会发展、国内安全与周边安全统筹协同的整体趋势。本文从总体国家安全观相关会议、边疆安全与治理相关会议及论著等方面,对2025年的中国边疆安全研究作了初步梳理,并在此基础上,对本年度边疆安全研究在时代、全局、中国实践等方面的突出特征进行归纳与总结。
In 2025,facing an increasingly complex international and surrounding environment,research on China’s borderland security has not only emphasized inheriting traditional Chinese wisdom in borderland governance,but also actively responded to emerging challenges in areas such as digital border areas and ecological security.It has continued to delve deeply into traditional security studies while extending the scope of security research to multiple dimensions including politics,economy,society,culture,ecology,and the digital domain.Additionally,research on China’s borderland security in 2025 has focused on practical issues,strengthening the interaction between theoretical exploration and practical needs.This reflects an academic orientation grounded in Chinese practice and responsive to the demands of the times,demonstrating a trend that coordinates border security with social development,as well as domestic security with peripheral security.Drawing from relevant meetings on the holistic approach to national security,conferences and publications related to borderland security and governance,this paper provides a preliminary review of China’s borderland security research in 2025.Based on this,it summarizes the prominent characteristics of borderland security research in 2025 in terms of the era,the overall situation,and Chinese practice.
