微波加热钢渣沥青混合料界面微观自愈合特性

Study on Microscopic Self-Healing Characteristics of the Interface of Steel Slag Asphalt Mixture under Microwave Heating

摘要 为研究微波加热钢渣沥青混合料界面微观自愈合特性,以SMA-13型钢渣沥青混合料沥青-集料界面为研究对象,通过FTIR、XRD、SEM-EDS、AFM测试不同微波加热时间时沥青-石灰岩、沥青-玄武岩和沥青-钢渣界面的化学组成、矿物组成、元素组成、微观形貌及黏附力变化,揭示微波加热钢渣沥青混合界面微观自愈合特性。结果表明:1)不同微波加热时间和钢渣沥青混合料类型下,沥青-集料界面区沥青胶浆的红外光谱分布规律相似,但部分波数区间的吸光度差异显著;2)钢渣沥青混合料界面区沥青胶浆中含强碱性矿物成分和金属氧化物,可提升沥青-集料界面的黏附力和微波吸收能力;3)微波加热加快界面升温,促进沥青嵌入钢渣多孔结构中,提高了界面黏附力与自愈效率;4)相较石灰岩和玄武岩,沥青-钢渣界面集料区域的微尺度模量和沥青区域的微尺度黏附力较大。合理微波加热(≤100 s)可提升沥青分子流动性,使界面黏附力增强35%~45%,粗糙度降低40%,显著改善自愈效果。 To study the microscopic self-healing characteristics of the interface of steel slag asphalt mixture under microwave heating,the asphalt-aggregate interface of SMA-13 steel slag asphalt mixture was taken as the research object.Through FTIR,XRD,SEM-EDS,and AFM tests,the chemical composition,mineral composition,elemental composition,microscopic morphology,and adhesion force changes of the asphalt-limestone,asphalt-obsidian,and asphalt-steel slag interfaces at different microwave heating times were investigated,and the microscopic self-healing characteristics of the steel slag asphalt mixture interface under microwave heating were revealed.The results indicate that:1)Under different microwave heating times and steel slag asphalt mixture types,the infrared spectral distribution of asphalt mastic in the asphalt-aggregate interface zone is similar,but the absorbance in some wavelength ranges is significantly different;2)The asphalt mastic at the asphalt-steel slag interface contains strongly alkaline mineral components and metal oxides,which can enhance the adhesion force and microwave absorption capacity of the asphalt-aggregate interface;3)Microwave heating accelerates interface heating,promotes asphalt penetration into the porous structure of steel slag,and improves the interface adhesion force and selfhealing efficiency;4)Compared with limestone and obsidian,the asphalt-steel slag interface exhibits a larger microscale modulus in the aggregate area and greater microscale adhesion force in the asphalt area.Reasonable microwave heating(≤100 s)can enhance the fluidity of asphalt molecules,increase the interface adhesion force by 35%-45%,reduce the roughness by 40%,and significantly improve the selfhealing effect.
